(Home Meal Replacement). We can offer a large range of bakery equipment which will suit your pocket, ie. New & Reconditioned Macadams Bakery equipment, locally manufactured or Imported equipment. We can advise which equipment is best suited for your needs at the time and can always allow for provision at a later stage when production increases.<\/p>\n

From Kitchen utensils to Industrial Ovens.<\/p>\n We completed the entire Bakery and Kitchen at Umlazi Mega Spar, Gateway Super Spar, Glenwood Super Spar, Umzimkulu Superspar and Avonmore Super Spar to name a few.<\/p>\n \n We were nominated the \u201cTOP 5 SUPPLIERS\u201d Award from SPAR Head Office and given a Gold and a Silver Award at the Spar Trade Shows displaying HMR Kitchen in full production.<\/p>\n \n We supply various chains, such as Spar, Boxer Supertrade, Metro Cash & Carry, Tradestar \/ OK Foods, Pick \u2018n Pay Hypermarket, Scooters, Debonairs etc.<\/p>\n \n We also supply equipment to all independent Bakery \/ Deli \/ Restaurant \/ Coffee Shop owners and deal with many Woman\u2019s Leagues & Co-Operations in rural and urban areas. We are involved with Department of Social Welfare and currently busy with The Vukani & Sichechu projects and previously supplied The Department of Social Welfare in Mapumulo as well as the Department of Correctional Services in Kokstad. We were recently we were involved with NYDA (National Youth Development Agency for the ANC) and have done extensive research into Containerised Bakeries.<\/p>\n \n We can also help with any queries on spares and have extensive product knowledge and back up. We can offer Mentorship programmes where we work on site for a required number of days and advise on all aspects of the bakery, ie, equipment problems, staff problems, training, and very importantly costing and GP\u2019s, improvement advise etc.<\/p>\n \n B&C Equipment Solutions <\/strong>provide a full service, from the AutoCAD layout and design of a store through to the actual installation and hands-on training to the important back-up service offered by our own full time Technicians. We can assist you with Business Plans and do a Cash Flow Projection (on bread sales), Income Statement and Balance Sheet. We will also provide recipes on request.<\/p>\n \n All new and reconditioned equipment carry a 12 month guarantee on defective parts and workmanship and a 6 month guarantee on Electrical parts.
